Gorilla trekking permits are limited and can sell out quickly, especially during peak season (June-September and December-February). Our safaris typically include: professional driver-guide, 4x4 safari vehicle, all park entrance fees, accommodation (as specified), meals during the safari, and airport transfers. Gorilla permits, chimp permits, and optional activities may have additional costs. We'll provide a detailed breakdown in your custom quote.

Yes, most visitors require a visa. You can obtain a Uganda e-Visa online before arrival or get a visa on arrival at Entebbe International Airport. The East African Tourist Visa ($100) allows entry to Uganda, Kenya, and Rwanda. We can assist with visa guidance as part of our service.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical evacuation coverage. For gorilla trekking and adventure activities, ensure your policy covers these activities. We can help you arrange travel insurance as an add-on to your booking.

After submitting your inquiry, we'll send you a detailed quote within 24 hours. Once you approve, we require a 30% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due 30 days before your safari starts. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal.

Our cancellation policy varies by package and timing. Generally, cancellations more than 60 days before the safari receive a full deposit refund (minus bank fees). Gorilla permits have stricter policies due to limited availability. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for flexibility. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.
